oh so true! I still remember the days of T3 being a mostly BA terminal, check in and lounge staff, lovely wide space upstairs for BA customers trekking to LHR, Europe and the daily 767 to JFK with the occasional venture to LAX etc…
now I can look forward to the pop up lounge on my next visit this month. Bitter, no - just rejigging my loyalty going forward
