Who is the target audience for Checkpoint 1? International fliers on foreign airlines since all those check in desks are at that end? But why wouldn't they just walk to Checkpoint 2 which is already right there on the same floor? Also hard to imagine anyone flying Alaska making the trek all the way to Checkpoint 1. Also, I haven't used it yet, where does it come out airside?
