I used to fly Virgin a lot and was Gold with them for a while but enticed away by BAEC and the fact that the route network was thin and has since got even thinner. Obviously the tie-in with Skyteam has helped and now BAEC is dead I will certainly be considering flying Virgin again, although these days I also try and avoid LHR as much as possible.
