I have a booking in Business Light and I am trying to add my American Airlines AAdvantage number to the reservation in order to accrue to American. When I pull the booking up online, I am only given the option to add a CX number. I tried in the app, and when I tried to input an AA number, I was directed to sign in to my Asia Miles Account. I have also tried using the QR and AY websites, but to no avail. Is there another trick I need to know (I have googled, searched FT, and asked ChatGPT)? Of course I can call, but I don't have much time to spend on hold at the moment.
