Right after booking - shows up when selecting seats.
If I am not mistaken, the system calculates the difference between what you paid for the main cabin ticket and current F price; in this scenario, it is probably best to buy the most expensive available main cabin fare bucket (x1), which should reduce the upgrade cost (x2).
