I don't recall hearing any noise. So, yes, the hotel seems to be exceptionally well soundproofed, at least the Marina Tower. (The hotel has two towers, quite distant from each other. That seemed odd. It would make more sense if the more distant tower were its own hotel with a different Marriott Bonvoy brand.)
As I wrote on August 8, I was very pleased with our stay last year. It's the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at.
Ours was just an overnight stay. We did not have time to check all the amenities. I probably wouldn't stay there for a resort vacation, but I would gladly stay there again. It is on the water, has marina activities, a nice pool area, and multiple places to eat and drink. It's probably possible to take nice walks on Harbor Island.
