Much appreciated.... we managed to get hold of SAS, spoke to 2 AMAZING phone agents (Deon and Samantha in case anyone from SAS monitors the forum) who told us they had an offer at the moment to change to a stopover in CPH at no charge... so we changed to fly in to CPH the day before, spend the night there, and then pick up the long haul on the original flight....
