THoughts on Premium Plus from someone who never sat there before
Again, my POLARIS perspective is almost exclusively IAH-EZE or vice versa on 777-200.
I have a great strategy for nabbing Polaris seats (always buying Premium Plus seat and using MUA to upgrade which always worked until today)
The food (i think) was same menu as Polaris. the plane i was on was a 2-4-2 configuration , I was in 20D - the seat was decently comfortable for a full 10 hours flight (some issue with the footrest control). I was able to stretch my legs and got good sleep. The FA's seemed a tad less attentive than Polaris (although i could see the Polaris FA for this flight werent something to write home about)
All in all, i see it as a good alternative when Polaris doesnt go your way
