I stayed here recently because the location was ideal and I had a great rate. I received a modest upgrade but they are pretty clearly not doing upgrades to suites (at least it hasn't happened in two stays). More troubling, they charged me for breakfast despite Globalist status and it is taking a while to get it sorted out.
