I'm the type who
would argue with security re: domestic/international flight scenario (i.e. security could simply confiscate the power bank even on an INTL INTL routing, then I'd be, ehem, powerless) , so I won't be traveling through China anytime soon.
Of course, the mainland only has mainland companies to blame for this.
