AA46 - 20:35 departure ORD to LHR

Seabass with Thai Chimichurri. Pretty tasty sauce and nice piece of fish. Pace of service was dire though. Starter / drinks weren’t served until 1.5 hours after takeoff. Dessert was served with only 4 hours left on a 7 hr 15 min hop. Wish I’d arrived to ORD a bit earlier and just eaten in the lounge. Could be due to crew getting used to the new aircraft.
