Got lucky with a Standard Night availibility August 6th. Used my FNC that was expiring end of month.
Asked for upgrade : Got Premium king (nothing fancy)

Overall, the hard product was pretty okay. Guess nothing much can be expected from city hotels.
WA in Bangkok felt lot more bougie. The art and decor is solid, but I dont care much about them.

I wouldnt go out of my way to book this, but yeah if you are in NYC and have FNC to burn, it's a pretty solid deal.

However, the hospitality of the staff is amazing. Right from frontdesk to concierge, they really cared. Of course, you dont get WA Maldives level personalized serivce, but they made sure to send us some complementary drinks / snacks a few times as I was celebrating a personal life milestone.

tldr : 10/10 staff. 7.5/10 hard product.
