I stayed at the newly renovated Grand Hyatt and was sadly disappointed. I had wished I had stayed at the park Hyatt. The grand Hyatt Reno was lipstick on a pig but the lounge was good. I'll stay at keraton for one night next time. I've seen videos of the rooms they don't hold a candle to the park Hyatt.
