$1 for 1 SQC is still considerably better than what they offer today where you get 0.25 SQD per dollar spent.

Should be yes. It currently states "An eligible Air Canada Vacations package refers to a vacation package consisting of a flight-inclusive vacation package or a Flight & Cruise package with travel completed by the Aeroplan Member"
