UR Transfer To Partners, Code Required.
I have transferred UR points to partners dozens of times without issue.
Today I tired to transfer UR to Hyatt and they want me to call and get a code, I called and I can't find a prompt to get a code and hung up after 15 minutes on hold.
Next I figured I would try cash back and was shocked that I could add a NEW BANK account to transfer to the UR cash to and it went through right away.
Why would Chase want a code to xfer a 1,000 points a Hyatt account I have xferred to many times but let me add a new bank account and transfer $300 in cash out with no issue ?
While I was upset about the code for Hyatt this makes me leery of leaving UR points in my account as it seems anyone who accessed my account could transfer all my UR points out as cash to their account.
