I have identified another bug in the iOS app/website. When purchasing SAF, switching between payment methods and currencies will automatically change the product you are buying.
In my case, I intended to purchase the maximum SAF package (which should have given me 60XP) for approximately EUR 593. During the payment method selection step, I chose PayPal and then switched the currency to USD (as I have PayPal funds in USD). However, the application charged me only USD 60.80 and now shows that I will receive only +5XP.
It is now impossible to purchase a higher SAF amount, and the call center is unable to cancel the transaction. This is an unacceptable flaw in how both the app and the website function. I have never experienced such issues with Delta, LG Group, Turkish Airlines, or many other companies.
I hope this message reaches someone in a responsible position who can address the poor state of the current IT systems.
