This beetroot start was fantastic. I’m a massive fan of beetroot and the whipped goats cheese, golden beetroot and walnut crumbs were brilliant together. The pink beetroot and apple were pickled very well - lovely starter.

Having worked in a takeaway, this was a disappointment. There was a lot of rice, and the sauce was just red - very little flavour. Everything was just a bit soft and mushy.

I couldn’t decide between panna cotta and cheese, so the cabin crew brought me both! Delighted with both options, the panna cotta was creamy and the strawberry coulis was delectable. Can’t go wrong with a fig relish and selection of cheeses too.

Excuse the unprofessionalism of the pictures, this was BA31 LHR-HKG on 08/08/2025. Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. I don’t know why I keep trying the fizzy stuff, thinking I would change my mind, but the Gusbourne sparkling rosé did its best!

I had a full dinner since I skipped lunch at work due to acuity (thank you NHS!), and dinner was great bar the main course, I probably should’ve selected the salmon since I used to make proper sweet and sour chicken every weekend, it was disappointing.

No breakfast pictures as I was kept very full by the cabin crew whilst awake, and opted to skip the main breakfast. Fruit plate was four slices of two types of melon and two slices of pineapple, with scattered berries. The blueberry super bowl contained a mixture of berries and some lovely overnight oats with it.

All in all, a very well fed and watered pharmacist!
