And personally, I‘d avoid transit in FRA esp. with a baby …

ZRH is a much smaller and more efficient airport. JNB-ZRH you will be arriving at Terminal E - take the 1 min Heidi train to immigration (the transit section of it), then, breeze thru to Business Class lounge located close to gate A.
