Had a one night stay here. Check-in was ok, the front desk staff insisted there is no suite upgrade available today and provided a premiums accessible room, I choose to downgrade to deluxe room.

A staff escort me to my room, all the staffs I met were nice and friendly. Food’s quality is ok, restaurant staff made the wrong order but quickly switch it for me.

But, one housekeeping staff stolen a 100 Bhat bill from my backpack, not a big amount, still a serious issue. Report to front desk and waiting for their investigation. Will update this part when I got some feedback from them.
