it was prepaid through Chase travel that’s why I had to go through them. I asked the hotel for something and they said there was nothing they could do. I had to go through the people I booked it through.

Yes, things happen when you’re traveling, but you would expect Chase travel to help you out. After the fact they say they can’t get a hold of the hotel and that’s all they can do
