correct. etrade doesnt count - based on all the DPs and phone agents.

MS doesnt include etrade accounts for MS plat qualification like bofa does for certain requirements eg bofa + ML. despite etrade acquisition, its still a totally separate entity serving a different market.

but i wish this was clearly published online directly on the MS website. altho it makes sense when u look at the etrade website. no mention of plat. only their BCP.

etrade is a discount brokerage (ie poor pple). it doesnt want to mix elite bloodline w/ peasants. so no mix up of brands for dilution.
