I do not think EYW is coming back, but I don't really see how this would have any impact. EYW used an entirely distinct currency (wings).

On what routes do you have even a chance to be successfully cleared using eUps to be upgraded from a “standard” fare when there are so few J seats even available like 12 on most flights unless it’s a wide body (and most upgrades to J come from PE requests on those flights)
I can rarely get the Upgrade from a Flex or Comfort fare
Your profile says you're 25K. It's relatively rare I'm on a flight with another SMR, so Comfort and Standard have me at the same spot on the list.
