I do not think EYW is coming back, but I don't really see how this would have any impact. EYW used an entirely distinct currency (wings).

I can rarely get the Upgrade from a Flex or Comfort fare
Your profile says you're 25K. It's relatively rare I'm on a flight with another SMR, so Comfort and Standard have me at the same spot on the list.
