My opinion: it's good. 10 min walk to Chinatown where I enjoy some great food and snacks (also lots of shopping, a bit rundown but quickly gentrifying). Next to the Merdeka station - not the most well-connected station but the short distance is great. In general I want to walk as little as possible in the KL heat.
