This is a perfectly normal occurrence in airline booking/ticketing. As long as your first name and surname are correct you will be fine. As for your middle name, I doubt anyone will care about it. And if they do, I assume it is in your passport, so they can look at that if they really want to. But IMHO there is a 99% chance that they won’t.
