Agree. Capitol is fantastic for its price. Hard product and service is honestly at a similar level to the Palace Hotel. Breakfast is good. The pool is great, but they do charge extra for the sauna/bathhouse access, which is not ideal. Location is underrated too, direct access to 4 subway lines. They're also usually great with upgrades.
