This is an extremely rough, back of a beer mat calculation, on numbers during peak period, let’s say in the morning. Of course there will be some coming and going, but:

Qatar 30 J on the Dreamliner which is often used
Cathay 38 J on the A359
Singapore 42J
Aer Lingus 30J (x2?)
Virgin 16J on an A35K and 32 on an A333.
BA often 8 rows of club, so 16J
Plus KLM?

So we are already at 292. Then add on status holders…. It is going to need to be a flipping big lounge

I suspect multiple lounges are inevitable, with some carriers using contract lounges.
Emirates will have their own lounge so that won't impact things. BA would be 32J on 8 rows of Club but there's also Air France, Brussels Airlines and a few others to consider.
