Thus I would expect Sindbad's Tier Points to be earned from flying with BA. The key question is whether they will take on the "eligible flights" rule with WY only services required for some aspects of status, given the limited network, or keep it unrestricted.
At the moment they have Blue, Silver, Gold levels and I would expect that to be the three levels of Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald respectively. Silver needs 500 TPs, Gold 1100 TPs. On WY flights, TP earning starts at 20 TP for a domestic flight and goes up to 100 for a longhaul business flight. So at the moment 2 longhaul returns in business and some domestic flying gets Silver. This will doubtless get recalibrated at some point in the next few months.
Apparently they went with blue: nothing, Silver: Ruby, Gold: Sapphire and no Emerald tier.
