So I just realized my original post made it sound like the upgrades cleared. They didn't. Well, I take that back; the last leg of the 4 leg trip cleared a few weeks ago. So this now leads me to believe maybe they were applied correctly and FC just filled up with people that had bought tickets but didn't select seats? Still a little perplexed by the upgrade list stating there were 8+ seats available yesterday and then today there's 1. That coupled with my wife not being tied to my itinerary and me being the only one listed for the upgrade after check in still makes me wonder what exactly happened.
