one year later, call centre still thinks it's latitude (another elite benefit bites the dust /s (obviously they should fix this, but I wonder if it will ever be fully fixed))

also, because i stupidly forgot to remove my UA number before ticketing, AC can't touch it or add my Aeroplan number in either despite the MileagePlus number not even showing up on AC's end (might be able to call UA and get rid of it there but I probably won't bother)
