That's the rub. If they avidly avoided WN in the past only because of the open seating, their needs were being met by some other airline.

Assuming relatively the same current pricing on both airlines, why would they suddenly switch? Unless WN drops prices substantially or adds new non-stop routes. I don't think that's happening now/
