In my experience, only Diamond Elite members are called. The gate agents usually announce for Wheelchairs, then military, then Diamond Elite, then Zone 1.

I was always under the impression that all Elites were to board before Zone 1. But looking at the website, it specifically says only Diamonds are to board. I just go up when I hear them call "Elite members." If the gate agent were to say anything, I would just point to my hearing aids and say I heard "Elite", but not which ones. Nobody has questioned me.
My main airports are CLE and LAS, but even my one off trips to LGA, PHl, DEN have been the same.
