I agree...question though...do flight crews actually get feedback about specific flights that were reported like "you didn't serve PDB on DEN-SEA last week" or is it more of a general feedback (or none at all)? For example, if I write a note saying ASFlyer provided the most attentive service in F on PDX-LAX, would that get back to you with the specific flight tagged in the feedback?
