End July's DFW-ANC afternoon flight:

FA did a stellar job with full individual PDBs despite a full flight in C and Y during boarding.

I had pre-ordered the GreenGrain bowl which did work despite the website throwing me errors every time I tried to pre-book.
Was a bit hesitant about this dish for such a long flight but it turned out to be a very substantial meal!
Following advice from here I asked about heating the salmon before departure and turned out 2 more people liked the idea and joined in that request

Overall a VERY impressive service from the FA during the flight. She was super professional, friendly and a bit witty-funny when talking with passengers, was checking regularly on everyone during the entire flight, it made the flight really enjoyable
Just wondering, is that the norm on AA that on a full A321 with 20 seats that only one FA is doing all the work alone?
The poor lady basically worked / ran her b..t off between galley and rows while another FA was lounging at 1L jump seat reading her book.
Are they doing shifts or something on longer flights?
