The seats are the same, as a solo in the center section (D/H) if the middle seat gets up you have a 50% chance they will climb over you, while on the outer section (C/J) if the window gets up there's a 100% chance they have to climb over you.
Note that both of these are largely non-issues since there's room to step over without being disturbed.
