Wanted to provide feedback on my recent buying experience with NOBL Travel. Purchased several luggage products for over $1k. Unfortunately, the products were not sturdy enough for our travel requirements.I have been attempting to return the products for over a month. Left over 5 vmail messages. None were returned. Sent over 10 emails. Many were ignored. In the few instances, I did receive a reply , I was routed internally to other employees who never responded. I was just looking for a return authorization code and was willing to pay restocking fees and shipping costs.
Unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping NOBL Travel luggage, I would strongly look to another manufacturer. I am out over $1k and countless hours of my time.BUYER BEWARE.
