Have you seen what United or NWA serves -even KLM? Continental's Coach International food is competitive to say the least...

I'm not looking forward to a Jean George or Le Cirque in the sky (even in BF), but its still better than anything you'll get out of a typical fast food joint or a tv dinner. Those foods have all sorts of nasty preservatives and junk... The stuff Chealsa makes is literally real food they cut up and cook... real chicken, real carrots, real etc... It cant even be reused for another flight because then it isn't considered "fresh"...
