As FTL, do the usual lounge access rules apply when flying VL? I have an award ticket coming up from MUC to DUS in one week's time. When looking at the booking (first carrier is LX from GVA to MUC) I am being offered the possibility to bid for an upgrade starting at EUR90. It might be worth doing that, if normal lounge access is an issue, because I have a 3h20 layover.
