Its so hard to read other guest pain staying there
Back in the glorious SPG days it was a wonderful hotel with caring management
and passionate friendly dedicated team members who would do anything
within reason to please guests.Upgrades could be exceptional to massive suites.
There was a time when they threw fantastic dinner buffet parties on select nights with world class offerings
for elites in the club lounge
It pains me to read about Marriott greed and stinginess and the destruction of a once great iconic program that has become simply an empty shell lacking guest respect,fairness and trust.So grateful for their past excellence.
Is this business behavior really going to help Bonvoy in the long run?
Sadly I doubt I will ever go back.
