After 4 hours on the taxiway in MCO (we were blocked in by the other UA planes suffering same issue), captain said we got our numbers and should be taking off in a second. We then pulled into the penalty box and captain got on saying one FA timed out and we had to go back to the gate. Still sitting here in the box. To make matters worse, the United chat agents couldn’t have been less helpful in trying to protect me on a flight tomorrow. Hopefully you all fair better than I do tonight!
