Rough math averaging past couple of years, so closer to 16 this year and I know I will need to overshoot hence 5k for simplicity, but anyway:
Conservative numbers

$15k. spend : 60k SQC
Max CC : 25k SQC
1:5 Rollover this year : 13k SQC ( this is a bit wiggly but assigns the soft landing rule year one for premium CC Headstart )
=98 SQC plus a smattering of partner rewards.


Correct me if I am misinterpreting anything.
