I will contact BA directly via Sign Live when I return to England. I've used Sign Live previously with BA First and it's super quick. The flights aren't for a few months so I will certainly get it sorted. I'm just flummoxed with the reply to my request and that I cannot order it online via MMB. I am wondering if it's because I wasn't logged into my BA account so that I could add my EI Aer Club number.
