Depends, what time do you arrive? depart? What airline do you depart BKK on? In what class?

The First Class section of the TG lounge near gate 51 has two quasi-sleeping rooms. Glass enclosed with a sort of sofa.

However I think most lounges are closed 01:00 - 04:00 plus/minus an hour?

With 20 hours you should find a nearby hotel or head into the city for a hotel.
