Just wanted to reiterate what a lovely place this is. Staff were all excellent. Nice touch with the keycard lighting up the floor you're on without having to press the button. As a platinum, they extended the free breakfast to my second room but maybe it was because I had 2 kids? I always mentioned both rooms when asked at the restaurant. The toothbrush in the amenity kit was awesome, didn't care too much for the free sake in the minibar. Used NUA's since I wasn't going to use them anywhere nicer this year and got the corner room which the bathroom was more private than I assume the regular rooms. I'll definitely be back should I see myself in Osaka again.
