I think the people willing to pay the premium card annual fee and travelling some-what regularly have much closer to $125k/year spend then the average person. Particularly when you consider that CC spend can often be business spend (either your own business or expenses that get reimbursed).
But you’re right, I assume it’s not particularly common.
