Of course, this would be less of an issue if they actually had an app that works, like US airlines do.

Very easy to change flights e.g. for a same-day flight in the app over there (if fare rules allow ofc)... Here everything requires speaking to someone (and as per this thread, a phone call rather than an airport agent).
