So, there wont be issue accessing changi lounge at arrival in singapore airport (if i will be staying for while in singapore & don't have any departing flight). Also, apart from this can we access other lounge in T2 which are:
1. Ambassador Transit Lounge
2. SATS Premier Lounge
3. TGM

Also, I see some restaurants in the list can I ask them to pack food using access on pp.
