The VPN idea was a good suggestion, unfortunately didn't work. Tried VPN on two different laptops and still the same issue where the Pay button remains grayed out and unable to function. The phone/email is actually on an earlier page, the only thing at the bottom of the screen I am trying to get past is the acceptance of the T&C's, which is already checked (and I tried checking/unchecking to no avail as well).

Oh well, it was convenient while it lasted.

Edited to mention that I am currently in the US, so I tried VPN to make the purchase from India.
