Some meals are not vegetarian rather Flexi / meat free. An example is parmesan cheese which vegetarians do not eat.

I haven't seen this style of MMB before either. Yes booked on BA.com and a 125 ticket to garner 200 Tier Credits for my EI Concierge status.
