Thanks but your boilerplate answer is not relevant to my question.

I was quite specific: "Assuming the next available flight has seats in both economy and business, in case of a strike will AC be obligated only to rebook my wife and I in economy?"

This is a question about their policy in this situation when I booked economy but via epgrades am already confirmed in business and the next available flight has business class seats available.
