Last month, I subscribed to Lifemiles+ Basic and 50 USD was charged to my credit card.

Today, I received an email saying: ‘We had an issue with the payment of your Basic Plan. Please verify your account information and, if necessary, provide a new credit card.’

I tried three different credit cards and still got the same message. (None of the enquiries have been received by the credit card companies!)

I then called the call centre and they said, I had to wait for their second and third emails within the next 21 days to see if it would work, but in the meantime my membership is suspended! Seriously?

They said there was nothing else they could do. What kind of crap is this?
